Tregovia covers clinical record keeping through medical records, veterinary records, lab orders, and prescriptions. The verified surface is structured record entry, tenant-scoped retrieval, status tracking, audit logging, and selected events. It should not be described as a full hospital EHR, clinical decision support system, or external laboratory integration platform.
Medical Records supports patient-linked SOAP records with appointment and location fields, record type, chief complaint, subjective, objective, assessment, plan, ICD-10 code format validation, diagnosis, treatment, vitals, notes, follow-up date, custom data, doctor attribution, tenant-scoped listing, and async vector indexing after create or update.
Vet Records supports pet-linked SOAP records with appointment and location fields, chief complaint, SOAP fields, diagnosis, treatment, JSONB prescription items, weight, temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, notes, follow-up date, custom data, veterinarian attribution, and tenant-scoped listing. New records cannot be created for deceased pets, but existing history remains readable.
Lab Orders can create orders for a client with an optional patient or pet, lab name, test list, priority, notes, and custom data. Orders move through validated statuses from ordered to collected, in progress, results ready, reviewed, or cancelled. Results are manually added as test name, value, unit, reference range, abnormal flag, and notes.
Prescriptions can be created and updated by doctor-level users, listed for a patient, listed as active across the practice, discontinued with an optional reason, and dispensed by practitioner-level users. If a prescription is linked to a pharmacy product and has a quantity, dispensing attempts a best-effort pharmacy stock movement, but the prescription record itself does not yet store a dispensed timestamp or status.
Do not describe Tregovia as providing HL7 or FHIR lab integrations, direct analyser imports, imaging/PACS integration, e-prescribing to external pharmacies, controlled-substance register automation, medication interaction checks, allergy decision support, AI diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical risk scoring, or automatic interpretation of lab results unless that workflow has been separately verified in code.
Medical Records is EUR 15/month for medical tenants. Prescriptions is EUR 10/month for medical tenants. Vet Records is part of the veterinary module set and is priced at EUR 15/month as a standalone module, with pet records and vaccinations available in the veterinary bundle. Lab Orders is a shared add-on priced at EUR 10/month.
