What is Tregovia Reputation Management?

Reputation Management is a shared add-on for collecting and managing client reviews. It creates review requests by SMS or email, gives clients a public tokenized review link, stores ratings and comments, supports moderation and responses, and reports review performance.

How are review requests sent?

Staff can send a review request to a client by SMS or email, or use bulk sending with cooldown protection. When enabled, appointment-completed events can create a review request after a configured delay using the default channel and message templates.

How does the public review form work?

Each review request has a generated token and expiry time. The public endpoint loads the review form, marks the token as clicked, prevents expired or already completed submissions, and creates a review with rating, comment, reviewer name, and optional email.

Can staff moderate and respond to reviews?

Yes. Staff can list and filter reviews, set published or flagged states, add a response body with responder and timestamp, and soft-delete a review. This manages first-party reviews inside Tregovia; it does not publish responses to third-party review sites.

Which reputation stats are tracked?

The stats endpoint reports total reviews, average rating, rating distribution, published review count, responded review count, review requests sent, requests completed, and request conversion rate over a selected time window.

Is Reputation Management included in the base plan?

No. Reputation Management is a shared add-on priced at EUR 8/month. Review wording, consent boundaries, low-rating response policy, public-display rules, and third-party review-site policies should be reviewed before launch.
