1. Introduction

Welcome to Tregovia ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible athttps://tregovia.com/. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Tregovia is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing practice management tools for veterinary clinics, medical practices, and service businesses. These Terms govern all users, including tenant administrators, staff members, and any other persons accessing the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction;
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization (if applicable);
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized persons;
• Notify us immediately at support@tregovia.com if you suspect unauthorized access;
• Take responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Upload, store, or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to extract data without our written consent;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Use the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to investigate and, if appropriate, take legal action against violations of this section.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, graphics, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of Tregovia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Platform. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the services described herein.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Tregovia operates on a subscription model with monthly and annual billing options.

• Free Trial: New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. No credit card may be required during the trial. Trial terms are specified at sign-up.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
• Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures attributable to us. Contact support@tregovia.com within 14 days of the charge.
• Module Add-ons: Additional modules may be purchased separately and billed monthly.
• Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.

7. Data & Confidentiality

We treat all data you upload or generate on the Platform as confidential. We will not disclose your data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. Tenant data is isolated using row-level security - no tenant can access another's data.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Tregovia is a practice management tool and does not provide medical, veterinary, or legal advice. All clinical or professional decisions remain solely the responsibility of qualified practitioners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tregovia and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Service interruptions or downtime;
• Unauthorized access to your data by third parties.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you:

• Breach these Terms;
• Fail to pay subscription fees;
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data before termination by contacting us.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
