Twilio voice webhooks create missed-call records for unanswered, busy, and failed calls, with caller phone, called number, timestamp, recording data, and source.

Auto replies are scheduled after a configurable delay. Staff can also send a manual textback with custom copy.

Settings support business-hours-only sending, tenant or location hours, configurable delay, and a dedupe window for repeat calls.

Textbacks are queued through the SMS module, linked back to the missed-call textback record, and publish events for notifications and workflow automation.

Receptionist-level users can work the queue, with location access enforced for reads and writes.
