Your tenant site exposes a public booking flow where clients can start without a staff login or portal account.

The form captures name, email, phone, and visit reason, then finds or creates the matching client by email.

Show real availability

Available slots are calculated from booking hours, slot duration, advance limits, existing appointments, and optional staff selection.

Apply booking rules

Rules can enforce minimum notice, maximum advance booking, daily limits, and no-show blocking before an appointment is created.

Services can require no payment, a deposit, or full prepayment when Online Payments and Stripe Connect are active.
