What does Tregovia cover for workflows, tasks, and logistics?

Tregovia covers this area through three optional modules. Workflow Automation builds event-driven CRM automations. Tasks & Projects manages internal work with projects, tasks, Kanban, subtasks, comments, templates, recurring tasks, activity, timers, and exports. Logistics manages shipments, shipment events, pick lists, inventory transfers, assets, maintenance schedules, maintenance logs, RMA, QR labels, print templates, and CSV exports.

What can Workflow Automation do?

Workflow Automation provides a visual graph with one trigger node, condition nodes, delay nodes, action nodes, graph validation, publish/pause/resume lifecycle, run history, and background execution. Verified actions include SMS, notification-style email, webhook calls, client updates and tags, appointment create/cancel/status/assignment, estimate and invoice creation, invoice send, sales-pipeline actions, sequence enrollment, review requests, membership enrollment, AI draft generation, and support-ticket compatibility.

What can Tasks & Projects manage?

Tasks & Projects can create projects, create and filter tasks, show Kanban columns, move and reorder tasks, bulk update status or assignment, soft-delete and restore tasks, add comments, create subtasks, keep activity history, run task timers, export tasks, manage tags, create recurring task templates, generate recurring tasks daily, and create tasks from templates.

What can the Logistics module manage?

Logistics can manage shipments with reference numbers, tracking numbers, carriers, drivers, origin, destination, status events, delivery dates, and printable labels or delivery notes. It also includes pick lists, inventory items and stock transfers, inventory valuation and reorder suggestions, assets with QR tags, maintenance schedules and logs, RMA records, and CSV exports.

Can work orders and follow-up tasks be automated?

A workflow can create CRM-side actions such as a task-adjacent appointment, estimate, invoice, client tag, pipeline action, review request, sequence enrollment, SMS, email notification, or webhook call when the configured CRM event fires. However, the verified workflow action list does not include a dedicated work-order object or automatic route assignment engine; field-service work should be modeled with tasks, appointments, logistics records, and billing until a dedicated job module exists.

Which dispatch and routing claims are not verified?

Do not describe Tregovia as live GPS dispatch, route optimization, proof-of-work photo capture, signature capture for field visits, technician location tracking, route-density planning, automatic job-to-invoice conversion, or a dedicated field-service dispatch suite unless each workflow has been separately verified. The verified surface is CRM automation, tasks/projects, appointment scheduling, logistics records, shipments, assets, maintenance, inventory transfers, RMA, and billing/estimate workflows.

How are these modules priced?

Workflow Automation is a shared add-on priced at EUR 15/month. Tasks & Projects is priced at EUR 8/month. Logistics is priced at EUR 10/month. They are optional modules on top of the EUR 47/month base platform, so buyers should add only the operational layer they actually need.
