Referrals with clear boundaries

Short answers about Tregovia's tenant referral program: unique referral codes, signup tracking, pending/qualified/rewarded status, account-credit rewards, owner-only access, and the difference from clinic referral-source management.

Unique tenant referral code and shareable URL
Pending, qualified, rewarded, and expired conversion status
Account credit balance applied through subscription billing

What is Tregovia Referrals?

Referrals is a baseline tenant-account workflow for Tregovia's own referral program. Each tenant can retrieve a unique referral code and signup URL, view referral conversion counts and history, and see account-credit rewards tied to qualifying referred subscriptions.

Who can access the referral page?

The tenant referral endpoints require owner-level access. The response includes the referral code, shareable URL, program-enabled status, configured reward type and amount, reward delay, current credit balance, total referrals, and counts by status.

When does a referral become qualified?

A referred tenant is first recorded as pending when signup includes a valid referral code and the referral program is enabled. The conversion becomes qualified when that referred tenant reaches the first active subscription/payment transition handled by the tenant subscription service.

How are referral rewards issued?

Qualified conversions wait for the configured reward delay. A scheduled task then adds the locked reward amount to the referrer tenant credit balance, marks the conversion as rewarded, and can notify the tenant owner. Subscription billing can apply that credit balance to a later renewal.

Is this a clinic referral-source CRM module?

No. The current Referrals workflow tracks Tregovia tenant-account referrals. It does not create clinic partner records, medical referral pipelines, referral-source ROI dashboards, patient referral outreach, or client-to-client campaign automation. Those workflows should be modeled through intake fields, sales pipeline, reports, follow-up sequences, or future domain-specific referral features.

Is Referrals an add-on module?

No. Referrals is registered as a baseline module with no monthly add-on price. The program can still be paused or configured by platform operations, and existing qualified rewards are preserved for processing even if new referral tracking is paused.
