CRM pricing without guesswork

Short answers for buyers comparing Tregovia's base plan, optional modules, billing cadence, SMS costs, and total cost against other CRM tools.

EUR 47/month base platform
Optional modules added only when needed
Built for total-cost comparison

How is Tregovia priced?

Tregovia uses one base platform price plus optional modules. The base platform is EUR 47/month or EUR 470/year. Industry and workflow modules can be added when a team needs them, so buyers can compare the base CRM cost separately from optional add-ons.

What does the base plan cover?

The base plan covers the core service-business workflow: clients, appointments, billing, estimates, discounts, refunds, reports, notifications, SMS workflows, online booking, data import, referrals, and the client portal. Some advanced workflows remain optional modules.

How should I compare optional modules?

Compare optional modules by workflow value, not by feature count. A veterinary clinic may need the Vet Bundle; a salon may care more about gift cards or memberships; a field-service team may care about logistics or time tracking. Start from the base plan, then add only modules that map to live operations.

Is yearly billing available?

Yes. The annual base price is EUR 470/year. Use yearly billing when the workflow is already validated; use monthly billing when you are still testing fit, migration effort, or optional modules.

Are SMS costs part of the CRM price?

SMS workflows are available in the platform, but per-message carrier costs apply. For cost comparisons, separate software subscription fees from usage-based SMS or payment-processing fees.

What is the cleanest way to compare CRM total cost?

Model 12 months of cost: base subscription, user or seat fees, required add-ons, SMS usage, payment fees, onboarding or migration costs, and cancellation terms. This avoids comparing a low advertised starter price against a more complete operating setup.
