What does Tregovia cover for inventory and suppliers?
Tregovia splits this workflow between Pharmacy and Suppliers. Pharmacy manages product inventory, stock movements, low-stock views, and inventory value reporting. Suppliers manages supplier profiles, supplier contracts, and purchase orders with order items and statuses.
What can the Pharmacy module store for a product?
A product can store name, SKU, category, location, unit price, stock quantity, reorder level, unit, supplier name, description, active state, and custom data. SKUs are unique per tenant and location for non-deleted products.
How do stock movements work?
Staff can record purchase, sale, adjustment, and return movements. Purchases and returns increase stock, sales decrease stock, and adjustments can move stock up or down. The service locks the product row while changing stock and rejects deductions that would create negative stock.
What does the Suppliers module track?
Suppliers tracks supplier contact details, notes, active state, custom data, contracts with start/end dates, value, auto-renew flag and status, plus purchase orders with order number, ordered date, received date, status, notes, line items, and totals.
Are low-stock checks supported?
Yes. Pharmacy has a low-stock endpoint for products at or below reorder level, an inventory report with total value and low-stock count, and a scheduled task that publishes low-stock events and can email tenant admins. This is threshold-based, not demand-forecast reorder automation.
Which inventory and purchasing claims are not verified?
The current verified surface does not include lot or expiry capture, FEFO dispensing queues, controlled-drug registers, automatic purchase-order generation from low-stock alerts, approval routing, supplier lead-time analytics, delivery/invoice three-way matching, or truck-to-clinic inventory ledgers. Treat those as process requirements or future/custom work unless separately implemented.
How much do Pharmacy and Suppliers cost?
Pharmacy is a shared add-on priced at EUR 15/month. Suppliers is a shared add-on priced at EUR 5/month. Both are optional modules on top of the EUR 47/month base plan.
