What are estimates in Tregovia?

Estimates are pre-work quotes connected to a client record. They can include line items, quantities, unit prices, tax, discounts, notes, internal notes, validity dates, appointment or location context, and a generated estimate number.

Are estimates included in the base plan?

Yes. The Estimates module is configured as a baseline module with no monthly module price. It depends on clients and billing because accepted estimates can move into the invoice workflow.

Can clients review an estimate online?

Yes. Sending an estimate creates a public review token and queues an email with a review link when the client has an email address. The public review response exposes the estimate details needed for the client to accept or decline.

Which estimate statuses are tracked?

Tregovia tracks draft, sent, accepted, declined, expired, converted, and cancelled states. Sent estimates can expire after their validity date, and declined estimates can store a decline reason.

Can an accepted estimate become an invoice?

Yes. An accepted estimate can be converted into an invoice. The conversion carries client, currency, notes, discount, tax, tax-inclusive setting, and line-item details into billing, then stores the converted invoice id on the estimate.

Does the Estimates module automate quote follow-up by itself?

The verified Estimates module manages quote creation, status, review, acceptance, decline, expiry, and invoice conversion. Timed follow-up cadence belongs with follow-up sequence or automation workflows, so keep those claims separate when comparing features.
