How do I calculate churn rate?
Churn rate = (Customers lost ÷ Customers at start of period) × 100. For example: 5 lost out of 100 = 5% monthly churn.
What is MRR churn?
MRR churn = Revenue lost from cancellations ÷ Total MRR at start of period. It shows the financial impact of churn, not just the headcount.
